A retail bond issue provides your company with an alternative means of raising capital while also engaging with customers, employees and members of the general public.

By working with you and your financial advisers, our services enable you to offer individuals the chance to invest in a bond that could realise a competitive annual return (which can be given in cash, vouchers or as a discount against your products or services or even a mixture of all of these).

As well as providing a simple and efficient means of applying, which can be paper based or online, we will maintain the register of bond holders, calculate and manage the distribution of interest payments and, at the end of the agreed investment period, arrange for you to repay the capital to the individual investors.
