Managing Director - Company Secretarial

As Managing Director of Capita Company Secretarial Services, I have led a team of 30 qualified and part qualified chartered secretaries and administration staff based in London, Exeter and Edinburgh, since 2009.

Before Capita I worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal in London, where I provided corporate governance and company secretarial advisory services to large multi-national clients. I also headed up PricewaterhouseCoopers’ company secretarial team in the midlands.

I have also held company secretarial positions at Ernst & Young, where I qualified as a Chartered Secretary, Marston's Plc and Credit Suisse First Boston.
