Capita Investor Relations launches a dedicated Proxy Solicitation business

We are pleased to announce the creation of a dedicated Proxy Solicitation business sitting within Capita Investor Relations Services.

This division will be run by Viviane Joynes, who has joined us from HQB where she was a Partner. With extensive experience in Proxy Solicitation services for shareholder meetings and M&A transactions with particular specialisation in Belgium and French markets, Viviane’s key focus will be to grow our Proxy Business in the UK and Europe.

In addition, Glen Good will run operations for our Proxy business and also take on responsibility for creating our shareholder identification business in France, known as TPI analysis, as part of this enhanced role.
