Capita Registrars is the UK's largest provider of share registration services, acting as registrar to more than 50% of the listed companies in the UK (as of May 2011). We operate in 8 sites across the UK, Ireland and the Crown Dependencies including London, Beckenham, Huddersfield, Dublin, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

We work alongside Capita IRG Trustees Limited,  who provides all our regulated services and helps companies with their share plan and share dealing needs.

We have strict service levels, confidentiality policies and audit processes throughout our business and operate in accordance with industry requirements and guidelines. These include those of Euroclear UK & Ireland, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and the Financial Services Authority, where applicable.
